Why Are You....
So, how did you become the person you are? How did you acquire the subconscious programs or beliefs that are taking you through life?
There are a few ways: consider those preprogrammed perceptions that came from another time and place before you were born, from people you may or may not have known. They are a part of your history and or genetics that add to who you are today. These programs are in you and part of your DNA. They came with you into this existence you had no choice, some benefit you, others may hinder you in some aspect of life. This is part of your subconscious mind which controls 95% of your daily activities.
Another way you acquire your life programs or beliefs is from the experiences you have encounterd since you were in the womb. Yes, I said the womb. Let me dissect this statement. Before your birth you were learning from your environment. You felt every emotion your mother felt. Every time she was happy or sad, rejected or loved you, you felt her emotions. Nutrition was not the only thing that crosses the placental barrier to influence you as a fetus. There are many books written on the fetal development of a child and how babies experience in the womb is so important. Did you know a child’s brain waves are detectable at 6 weeks of age? Now remember this, a child is not born with a clean slate, it enters the world with a few programs of its own. It is up to the person raising the child to create a loving environment to nurture and develop the child ‘s highest potential. Which leads us to a most important stage of development.
From birth to age six is where all life’s core patterns are formed. This is the most influential programing period of the subconscious mind. During this time the brain is recording everything the child learns. Children learn behavioral patterns by watching others, they learn boundaries, and motor skills that are developed as they roll over, crawl walk and run. They learn speech, values and how to socially interact with others. From birth to age six children’s brains are very active learning the fundamental programs of life that they carry forward.
The primary brainwaves active during a child’s first stage of life are Delta and Theta. These are the same subconscious brain waves that hypnotists use to download their patients with new behaviors. So, children under the age of six are primarily operating from a subconscious state not a conscious state.
Recorded EEG vibrations have proven that children’s brains and the adult brain function differently and that a child’s brain develops over a period of time. This is the most impressionable period of a child’s life.
So, our beliefs and perceptions about life are downloaded years before we ever develop our critical thinking. A child takes in every comment, word or action a parent or others in their environment display. There are no filters on childhood learning, the brain is like a sponge drawing in as much information as it can, storing it away for a lifetime of use.
The conscience mind with the developing alpha and beta frequencies of brain emerge after age six. As a person grows all brain waves are utilized.
Next let's discuss the adult mind and free thought or better yet free will. It’s our birthright. We are allowed to make our own decisions on this planet for better or worse. We were given that right. So, what do you do with it? What beliefs or programs do you hold dear and near? The very fact that our subconscious mind operates 95% of the time leaving us with an active conscience mind roughly 5% over the course of a day should make you question, what are the beliefs of my subconscious mind? What programs /beliefs did I take in as a child that no longer serve me? Can I get rid of them? Can they stop influencing my decisions? Can I alter them? The answer is a big YES! How? This is brought to your attention to show you that your subconscious minds programs can hinder you, but you can change them.
It is very important to know and understand that the programs in your subconscious mind that are not helping you can be removed quickly and easily through Theta Healing and be replaced with positive beliefs to help you develop to your highest potential no matter how far they go back.

Are You Good or Bad?
From childhood we are imprinted with various beliefs and lessons in life. What if I told you there is no such thing as a good person or a bad person. There are choices and actions that lead us in different directions, and it is through those choices and actions that we create our realities.
Sometimes our choices or moral compass takes us in the opposite direction of the reality we want to create for ourselves. When we do this, we feel bad— insecure, judgemental, guilty or worthless. We might label ourselves “bad” when we make opposing decisions. Some feel they can never rise about the “badness” belief. That is what it is, a belief. Instead of labeling ourselves, though, we could simply acknowledge that we made a choice that lead us down a particular path, and then let it go, forgiving ourselves and preparing for our next opportunity to make positive choices, and act in ways that support our best intentions.
Many of us experienced childhoods in which the words good and bad were used as weapons to control us—you were good if you did what you were told and bad if you didn’t. This type of discipline created guilt and undermines a person’s ability to find their own moral center and to trust and be guided by their own inner self.
If you were raised this way, you may find yourself feeling shockwaves of badness when you do something you were taught was wrong, even if now you don’t agree that it’s bad. Equally so, you may feel good when you do what you learned was right. Notice how this limits you and places you in a confining box. An important part of our spiritual unfolding requires that we grow beyond what we learned and take responsibility for our own liberation in our own terms.
You are a human being, it is your Divine right to exercise your free will and learn and explore life. Labeling yourself good or bad is to think too small. What you are is a decision-maker you have the ability, by using your own free will to move in a direction that will enhance your higher self into a life that is amazing or move you into a direction of stagnation or the degradation of your life. IT IS YOUR CHOICE.
In the end, you know the difference. When you look at your life or actions and find yourself being self-judgmental – stop, refocus your thoughts and know that you are not good or bad, you are simply you and you live by your own free will and with it the choices you make. You can choose to use your free-will differently.
